Mentorship Program Policy This mentorship program is designed to support, guide, and motivate you as you work toward your goals. Our focus is on progress, personal growth, and building the confidence to succeed. What is your WHY? Lets find out together. Mindset Principles Believe in possibility. We focus on what you can do, not what you can’t. Positive self-talk only. Speak to yourself the way you would to a friend you want to see succeed. Progress over perfection. Every step forward counts, and mistakes are part of the learning process. Celebrate success. No matter how small, each win matters. Commitment Show up open, honest, and ready to engage. Put in consistent effort, even on days when motivation feels low. Be respectful and kind—to yourself and to others. Take responsibility for applying the guidance you receive. Attendance & Communication All mentorship sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance. Life happens—if you need to cancel, communication is essential. Please notify your mentor ahead of time. Missed sessions without communication cannot be refunded or rescheduled. With proper communication, sessions may be rescheduled or up to 50% refunded. Agreement By enrolling in this mentorship, you commit to showing up for yourself, embracing guidance, and taking steady steps toward your success. Your mentor is here to support you—but your growth begins with your choice to stay engaged and committed.
