Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy - We value your time and commitment, and this policy ensures fairness and clarity for all clients. Payment - All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your appointment date and time. Meeting Format - In-person consultations are preferred. If necessary, a Zoom consultation may be arranged by request. Cancellations & No-Shows- If a client does not attend their scheduled consultation without communication, the booking fee is 100% non-refundable. If the client communicates in advance and needs to cancel or reschedule: the consultation may be rescheduled to a future date. Alternatively, up to 50% of the payment may be refunded.
