This is individual health coaching for adults who are done experimenting and ready to execute.
 

No motivation quotes. No emotional cushioning.

No endless adjustments to fit your comfort.

This program exists to build discipline, consistency, and follow-through.
 

WHAT THIS MEMBERSHIP IS

  • One-on-one coaching using ketogenic and carnivore-based protocols

  • Direct feedback focused on action, not feelings

  • Ongoing accountability with defined expectations

  • Monthly subscription for continued execution and progress
     

WHAT THIS MEMBERSHIP IS NOT

  • Not lifestyle coaching

  • Not flexible dieting

  • Not cheat-day culture

  • Not a place to vent

  • Not a quick fix

  • Not “listen to your body” guesswork

  • Not a place to negotiate commitment

If you want comfort, reassurance, or constant motivation, “Boot Camp” is not your program. Mentorship membership might be a better option.
 

THE EXPECTATION

You will:

  • Follow the ketogenic or carnivore framework

  • Report progress honestly and consistently

  • Take responsibility for outcomes

  • Show up prepared and on time

  • Know your ‘Why” and what you are willing to do for it
     

Compliance is assumed.
Consistency is required.
 

ACCOUNTABILITY MODEL

This is not cheerleading.

This is oversight.

Progress is measured by execution, not intention.
 

THE COACHING PHILOSOPHY

You need fewer decisions and higher standards.

This membership removes ambiguity and replaces it with structure and accountability.

  • “I Can’t” or ‘I won’t” will not be tolerated

  • Only “I CAN” and “I WILL” is acceptable

  • Follow the plan and move forward or don’t—and own the consequences
     

WHO THIS IS FOR

This membership is for adults who:

  • Want clear direction, not options

  • Are tired of restarting

  • Are ready to be held to a standard

  • Goal oriented

  • Are committed

  • Are DETERMINED

  • Can handle direct feedback

  • Are ready to earn results through consistency

If you want someone to push you harder than you push yourself—welcome.
 

MONTHLY. ONGOING.  INTENTIONAL.

You don’t “try” this program.
You execute it.

You are investing in guidance, accountability, and follow-through.

This program does not guarantee comfort; it enforces consistency through discipline.

If you want validation without change, this isn’t it.  Because results require pressure.
